With four generations of paving experience in our family, shared between myself and Whitney, paving is not just a business—it's a legacy. As we embarked on running our own paving company, we quickly realized that the civil construction industry was lacking in technological support. We found ourselves juggling nearly eight different software solutions just to collect the essential information needed to manage our business efficiently.

Recognizing the inefficiencies, we envisioned a comprehensive software solution that could address all aspects of the paving business. This led to the creation of a unified platform that starts with CRM and extends through project bidding and estimation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Justin Robs holds a Master's degree in Business, where he cultivated his entrepreneurial enthusiasm and transformed it into a thriving paving company. Starting from the ground up, Justin built the business into a multi-million dollar enterprise that now operates across five different states. Alongside his wife, Whitney, they approach each day with enthusiasm and clarity, tackling the challenges of running a family business.
Managing operations across multiple states is no small feat, but Justin and Whitney ensure the business runs effectively, generating revenues that sustain their growing company. Their passion for improving the infrastructure of the U.S. drives their work, as they focus on paving, Road, parking lots, and asphalt maintenance.
The company is also integrated with six different aggregate pits throughout Utah, a crucial element that supports their operations. Remarkably, it produces 90% of the asphalt used in their projects through their own hot plant, ensuring quality and consistency in every job they under take.

How commander ERP came into existence?

Great business journey starts with simple tools—files, then spreadsheets, and eventually databases. But as we grew and mastered the paving and concrete industry, we saw a gap: none of those tools were built with the unique challenges of our industry in mind.
